Brief Overview

This KIDS PLAY & LEARN game is positioned to appeal to and support teachers and parents in helping children and students learn in a positive and fun way. This game plays in landscape mode for a better viewing One true self can potentialized through learning. The game has four scenes and as one plays the game they gain points to encourage playing. In each scene of the game, there will be 20 hidden objects to be discovered.

The objective of the game is to encourage self-learning, independent learning, and for parents and teachers to use as a tool to guide children’s learning. There will be compliments to cheer the players along and to support, encourage and boost their confidence. For example, each time they successfully accomplish a task compliments will be given: The cheer includes: good, great, excellent, amazing, you are the star or nice try, try again.



About The Project
The KIDS PLAY & LEARN were created to support and help to build reading skills, cognitive thinking, problem-solving, knowledge of different fruits, remembrance and number skills.

Tools Used, Process And Deliverable


Project Objective

The objective is that the player has 5 minutes to find the hidden objects that are presented in the four different scenes. Thus, in one scene they need to discover the numbers, in the next the alphabet/letters, in the next fruits, and the next three-letter words by clicking on each item. When a hidden object is found it will disappear and the player will receive 10 points pre-object.

Process

The process for creating this project is researching and brainstorming ideas and then using Adobe Illustrator to create assets. The next step is to use a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) to markup the document. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for styling the document and the Javascript library GSAP for functional ability.
