FAMILY OF EATERIES
CASE STUDY

This Project is designed to help families and friends get access to various delicious meals through one app from different restaurants while solving the problem of families who do not want to cook at home.

FAMILY OF EATERIES is a mobile app that is positioned to appeal to and support families
and friends with three restaurants. The 1st is Ceviche Restaurant, which opened its doors
in January 2006, and in 2010 won the second star in the Michelin Guide.
Ceviche is a spiritual project with the very best team of professionals at its
forefront that strives to delight its diners with every aroma and
flavour.
The 2nd is Five Vines in Portland, Maine, which really just sticks with the basics:
the New England native and long-time farm-to-table advocate believes that memorable dining is
less about the chef in the kitchen and much more about the fresh, seasonal
ingredients.
The 3rd is Crispy’s with a long history of proudly serving great-tasting burgers
and traditional diner fare. Much has changed over fifty years, however, our recipe remains as
true and delicious as ever.
LOGOTYPE & TAG SYMBOL
The objective of the mobile app is to support families and friends with three
different restaurants that are providing various delicious meals. One of the
main challenges with this app was the creation of the confirmation page, as
there had to be a utilization of existing code to create a confirmation page.
This requires some deeper exploration of the code and more research. Another
challenge is the creation of the visuals for each brand.
The process for creating this project is researching and brainstorming ideas
and then using Adobe Illustrator to create logos and assets. The next step is
to use Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) to markup the document. Cascading Style
Sheets (CSS) for styling the document and the Javascript library GSAP and Jquery
for functional ability.
